Sarah is an accomplished commercial lawyer whose practice spans the full spectrum of business law. With deep expertise in advisory, transactional, and dispute resolution work, Sarah is the go-to legal partner for clients navigating complex issues in contractual claims, construction, shareholder and director disputes, regulatory compliance, insolvency, employment, franchising, class actions, and debt recovery. Her contributions to major public inquiries—including the Royal Commission into Banking and Financial Services and the Royal Commission into Aged Care.
Sarah began her legal career representing the Department of Justice under the first female Attorney General of New South Wales, laying the foundation for her strong advocacy and strategic thinking.
Her client base is as diverse as her expertise, ranging from family-run businesses and private investors to portfolio managers, investment bankers, and international money transfer companies. She advises clients across industries including finance, construction, fashion, childcare, and personal services. With clients located in Australia, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and active expansion into the UK and US.
Sarah is known for building enduring relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and commercial acumen. She is also a passionate advocate for women in law, particularly those managing reproductive health conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS. Drawing from her own experience, she mentors emerging female lawyers, helping them navigate the intersection of health and career progression.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and cats. She has a keen eye for fashion, a deep appreciation for the arts, and is an enthusiastic follower of the UFC.
