Sofia is a commercial litigation and insolvency lawyer with close to a decade of experience working on complex, high-value disputes (often with millions on the line).  She acts for liquidators, bankruptcy trustees, and company directors, and has handled everything from shareholder disputes and possession orders to matters with tangled factual backgrounds.  She also has experience in tax and regularly helps high-net-worth individuals navigate ATO payment plans and GIC remission requests.

Before becoming a lawyer, Sofia worked as an insolvency accountant, which means she’s naturally wired to look past the noise and focus on commercial outcomes. She’s known for cutting through complexity, getting to the heart of an issue quickly, and giving clear, practical advice without the legal fluff.  At the end of the day, Sofia is all about doing what’s right for her clients and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Sofia loves cooking and trying out new recipes with her family.  If she’s not in the kitchen, Sofia is winding down with a good book and catching up with her book club.
